NEW YORK, NEW YORK

Pittsburgh to NYC. Distance 400 miles across the great state of Pennsylvania.

Our road trip consisted of a 90% rural view until we got to New Jersey.

We stayed at St Marks hotel in the heart of the East Village.

First food stop was Momofuku which translates to "Lucky Peach".  There are three Momofuku restaurants in the city. We ate at the ssam bar and it was incredible.

We saw the New York Dolls at the Bowery Ball room.  This is a photo of the opening band Make Out.  We were in the front row.

Erica and Lee out side Momofuku's Milk Bar, where we ate breakfast.

And for lunch... Sarita's Mac and Cheese any kind of mac and cheese concoction you can imagine!

This park was located in a courtyard area inside a church across from our hotel.

Later I visited Andy's studio space at NYU in the East Village.
